My goal is to be the BEST librarian I can be for your students as I encourage their growth and independence in literacy. I work hard to curate a relevant and diverse collection that will help your students become effective readers, learners, and inquirers. I truly hope your students will always remember the fun they had, the things they learned, and the books they read in the Hedgcoxe Library!

I have a wonderful husband and four amazing children ranging in age from 18 to 32. We also have two awesome granddaughters and a black lab.
Interests/Hobbies:
I enjoy reading (of course!), cooking, quilting, and time spent at any lake or ocean.
Interesting fact about me:
In 2014, I participated in a study-abroad program whereby I worked in school libraries in Germany and the Czech Republic.
