I started teaching in 2006.

Family:

In December 2024, I married my husband, Scott. We have 2 daughters in grad school, one in undergrad, and our son just graduated from Allen HS! Our kids are our pride and joy! Makenna and Callie, who are in grad school, are working towards becoming counselors. They would like to open their own counseling center together to provide counseling for children, adolescents, and adults. Our youngest daughter, Sydney, is working on her undergrad at Texas State majoring in Digital Marketing. Our son, Eric, graduated from Allen HS in May and is currently working in the insurance industry. I’m lucky to be a mom to four amazing human beings!! Being a mom is my favorite job! 

Interests/Hobbies:

I am a fitness enthusiast; I love the beach and dogs; I am also an avid reader.

Interesting fact about me:

I lost 90 pounds about 3 years ago and have kept it off. I do NOT like odd numbers. :) I have ADHD!!  I was an Adult Probation Officer for 11 1/2 years before becoming a teacher.
